Welcome Assistant Professor Dr. Rachel Bowman!

Dr. Rachel Bowman

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Rachel Bowman to the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice! She will teach CJUS-K300 Techniques of Data Analysis in the fall.

Dr. Bowman's research focuses on prosecution, court actor decision-making, extralegal disparities in pretrial outcomes, and criminal legal reform.

Dr. Bowman holds a B.S. in Psychology from Eastern Mennonite University, a M.S. in Justice, Law and Criminology from American University, and a Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University.
