About Will McCoskey

Will McCoskey is a federal prosecutor who has served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Indianapolis since 2008. He is assigned to the office’s Drug and Violent Crime Unit. Will focuses on prosecution of Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force cases, to include wiretap investigations of large drug conspiracies. In addition, he is responsible for the prosecution of federal violent crimes (including Hobbs Act robberies, bank robberies, and carjackings) as well as violations of federal firearms laws.
