Troy Hatfield was a probation officer in Indiana for 25 years where he was most recently employed as the Deputy Chief Probation Officer in Monroe County overseeing the adult and juvenile probation divisions and the court alcohol and drug program. He currently works as a Senior Manager with the Center for Effective Public Policy, supporting the Community Supervision Resource Center (CSRC) as a substantive expert, trainer, and technical assistance provider on probation supervision issues.
